One hour after the end of the Referendum (tm) for this Proposal, the Board gets stuck in the Wibbly Wobbly Timey-Wimey Ball. Eventually, it escapes, but the result is that every Player's position on the Board is re-calculated using a Random Number Generator. This is their position for the start of the next Move.
